Predator is simply a Relentless that applies to both ranged and melee combat.

Your Guardians are much improved over the previous 500pt list. 20 AP(3) attacks, plus 7 AP(1) from the hero (the former probably halved if playing AoFR) hitting on 3+, with the best possible morale rolls, and 3+ armor has very high damage and decent survivability - although good, it isn't the best "anvil" unit, but it is an extremely good "hammer".

The Sergeant in the first Warriors unit is simply point-fill for the last 5 that wasn't used elsewhere. You can ignore, if you think remembering the bonus will be annoying. It's technically better, but not in a way that will usually matter.
